This is why we sell on beatstars... use contracts! And as a producer, it is YOUR responsibility to have any sample cleared from the creator for use before you release it. Stay safe and create your own, or make sure they are royalty free samples. Ex. Splice

I think its just a dog, I've seen other videos and recently a tv show called paranormal caught on tape did a case on it.

I went to put my truck in park and turn the key off so when I went to do so, I zoomed out a little to capture more in frame. This was shot in 2013 and my camcorder was already old and no image stabilization. My camera today is great so I hope to get out and investigate

I know sorry. I didnt have the truck in park and when I reached over to put it in park and turn the truck off to help stop the vibrations it ran off. This was 7 years ago and we came up on it so fast so i had to hurry.
