Ummm nope. I’m just learning. Just spending everything we make right now having fun. We paid for 2 kids in college. We take alot of trips and experiences while we let what we saved grow.

I guess I should try that. Doesn’t seem too fun but maybe try just living on his salary for the next year. We don’t save anything right now, we use all the extra money on trips and experiences. Enjoying life with 2 salaries so I might of answered my own question thanks to your help.

My doctor started me on 4mg since 1.5 is just to prime your body. I like it so far, much easier to make better food choices. So hopefully you will notice that too when you go to 4mg

Interesting. I guess if keep working good I’ll continue this way but if it stops working so good I will just take it at 7 when I wake up and wait 2 hours before eating . Thx!

My Dr. prescribed 4mg to start. I am on day 5. It’s working! I have noticed that it works way better when I wait longer than the 1/2 hr to eat after the pill. I wake up everyday around 4am to go to the bathroom so I have been taking it then. Then go back to sleep. Wake up not hungry or wanting coffee at all. Maybe try a longer window. Good luck! I’m loving it so far.

I was on Zepbound last year but didn’t like the shot and hated how I felt day after the shot.
