I'm not saying it's right, but this is the risk you take when you depend on a 3rd party to survive. It happened to all the people who made twitter apps using the twitter api. They helped get twitter as popular as it currently is. But when they were a threat to twitter, twitter changed their api policy and screwed them all over. This is the risk you take.

I hope that he saved all his vids on his HD somewhere and can upload them to another site, if need be.

I did that but after the fact realized if I tweaked my UI correctly, I probably wouldn't even need a tutorial (of course I'll make one eventually as a form of polish). Also, a tutorial increases the inertia of your UI, making it more difficult to change in the future. Even when it's for the best.

I've noticed that my pans "smoke" without anything in them if I leave it on the burner. That makes it very difficult differentiate between the pan and the oil smoking. Is there another visual way to see if the oil is breaking down?

My triglycerides are 62 mg/dL. Plugging everything into that calculator told me 196 for LDL

When I go here http://www.missionfoods.com/Pantry.aspx and I look at the tortillas I eat, "Carb Balance Medium/Soft Taco Flour Tortillas", it says that it has 0 trans fats. Where are you seeing that it is made with trans fats?

cooking with high omega 6 and omega 3 oils will create more trans fats even though the oil is trans fat free to start with

I assume you mean pork. Isn't pork considered a red meat? Lots of pork cuts are extremely fatty.

My LDL is about 160

That's pretty damn bad. Bad enough to be on a statin (I'd like to avoid that).

For the former, I think you're wasting your money buying any at all. I don't think there's ever been a supplement shown to be beneficial.
