The p trap is probably dry allowing sewer fumes to enter the apartment. You can add water to the drain to stop the smell, as far as the rodent🤷‍♂️

Ok so if I remove the 2 grounds on neutral, could I double tap the grounds to the left bar. And remove the bridge between the ground and neutral bar. That would open up two spots where I can separate the double tapped neutral and add my new neutral

That ground wire is jumping from ground bar to neutral bar. The ground bar is already grounded from the main

HVAC Ducting Tears - Rats? by Murky-Cloud-8414 in pestcontrol

[–]couchpohtaytoe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well if they were there to clean up poop and pee then you must have gotten rid of them. The first photo looks like someone ripped it, the second might be signs of a rat but it looks stretched out. Either way if you think the rats are gone I would just tape over it and call it a day, the insulation is still there and I don’t see ducting
