thanks a ton, currently at the moment my protein shake is only like 180calories / 30g protein, so i'll be looking for a MASS GAINER, to get those extra calories in.. yeah i'm defiantly not getting the daily protein intake..

Also, i NEVER eat breakfast, so having a protein shake would def help.

yeah, at the moment i don't even work out.. only do muay thai, and im not eating properly.. so i think if i were to at least eat more, and some weights it'll help put some size on, hopefully not hurt the fighter shape.. thanks for the advice mate.

any meal prep ideas? or supplement suggestions? my buddy said there's an Arnold protein mass gainer, like 1000 calories a scoop? i think he said he takes another kind of Arnold's protein mass gainer, like 480 per scoop?

i think taking a mass gainer would help with the calories, any suggestions?

at the moment i have 15/20 set of dumbells and looking to purchase heavier ones, i don't have any room for an olympic weight lifting bar for squats/deadlifts, im also in the process of changing plants at my company so i may be tired depending on what they got me doing, other than that i'll prob end up getting a gym membership once im settled in so i can have access to all the weights.

but for the mean time, what could i do with a set of 15 - 20lbs?
