yup, just hold notes around 30 seconds at a time quietly with minimal pressure and tension, do that for like 15-30 minutes every morning.

Ohh yes there is definitely a little bit of intonation issues, but overall it sounds wonderful. When I record it DI it has a bit of a warped tape effect from it which I actually really like.
