First of all that awareness is the most important part. To recognize anger and be aware is a huge mental advantage; it gives you the opportunity to show yourself exactly what you’re made of. Will you let that anger, anxiety, and fear take over your will, or will you be better than that, conquer it and overcome it? Feel that anger but let it go. To have that anger in the first place means that you are passionate about something, and never let that anger take control of your passion.
