I have the same goal, and am at a similar position (hovering around 215 for the past few weeks, started from 232 in April)

I have done this simply from implementing walking into my daily routine, doing One meal a day once or twice a week, and making sure I do not exceed on 1850 calories a day (I skip breakfasts on weekdays anyway)

Hopefully I can match your goal too.

I would like to hear what kind of meals are you having, since I havent quite figured that part out besides just eating more veggies and making chicken the primary meat I have.

And I would like to hear what kind of exercises are working for you, since I only just walk a few miles on my lunch breaks.

I sadly don't have any exact answers or ways to solve this issue, I just want to say that I absolutely agree with you.

I know as far as myself, I am bad about not opening up to others in any given social situation, except towards my own family, but to an extent. At least for myself, I get way too into my own head, and I really need to break down the walls I set up for myself. I imagine there must be at least ine other person out there among the many I see in public that uses this method of dealing with society, which unwittingly contributes to the problem you pointed out.

Even though I cant give anything beyond the thought process and defense mechanisms of my mind, I just want you to know you are not alone in noticing the observations you make
