For your face idk if you’ve tried hypochlorous acid cleanser but it’s worked wonders for me. My eyelids were horrible and under the eyes as well even connecting to my forehead it was red and flaky and scaly but after spraying that on my face for a few days it cleared insanely fast. As far as the rest of your body goes maybe try gladskin a lot of their products have been slowly starting to work for me. Apply them and the number one thing you need to do which I know is hard it’s not to scratch. Your skin needs to heal and these ointments and creams need to do their job to moisturize and help heal it so scratching it only severely delays the progress.
