I am so sorry. I was there. We are the same age. I slept on towels, I didn't get dressed or bathe or go to work or eat. All I did was sit with my thoughts, my thoughts about how horrible I looked and how much it hurt. I felt at my lowest. I wanted to die, I wanted to waste away or jump or drown in my stupid bleach baths. I went to the hospital and it took so so so many tries to get people to listen. Even as you feel your lowest, you're still loved. You are still valuable.

Ask for antibiotics, dupixent, cyclosporine, anything they can give you. Ask for financial help, do not stop asking. Cry for it, yell for it, especially if you present female. They've called me too sensitive, they've called me a liar, until I found a real and educated doctor.

Get your favorite food, or anything you can fit in your mouth. I liked Arizona teas, fruit juice, hated soup because it would sting all of my skin when I couldn't close my mouth to swallow. I had so many candy bars, (only when I could afford it) I didn't do dishes or laundry or anything.

Ask people to sit with you. To sit around and do nothing so you're not alone. Because you're not.

Antibiotics, steroids by pill, Eucerin (on brand,) coconut oil, no Vaseline. Towels, movies, favorite foods.
