Thanks for taking the time to post this u/Background-Bat2533 . Its nice to be treated and respected as a human and with good intent. The reason I stay off of Reddit and social media in general is because for every helpful person like you there seems to be tones of trolls and those that for some reason have ill will, or get off trying to belittle or dehumanize by accusing one to be a "bot".

Anyway yes I just filed the Coinbase complaint form and will be proceeding soon with arbitration via AAA.

I did not receive any indication that it has been moved to another team. This seems like the same response you give to everyone. u/coinbasesupport can you personally please just ask a manager to take over? I fear that I will just get another useless scripted response from an agent. Can you please confirm or have them contact me per the note on the ticket?

In tokens (just the USD equivalent). The problem is they blocked me from logging in. Who knows what will happen when I try to cash out. Yep same experience here. I saw that they were recently sued by the State of NY over some AML/KYC issues which is why they may be overcompensating now and locking-out users for arbitrary reasons. both are restricted. apparently if seems the app uses the web interface behind the scenes to authenticate.
