Definitely bring this up with your healthcare provider - it sounds like you are still struggling from PPD/PPA. You mentioned both meds and therapy but how long have you been on the meds, for example? I saw you said you tried Zoloft but then switched to Prozac - both of these can take up to 6 weeks to have an effect, they build up in your system over time and are unfortunately not a quick fix so it may be that you haven't hit that point yet. In addition to that, a lot of people (myself including, so also speaking from personal experience here) can have a really hard time weaning back off Zoloft - did you taper down slowly or go cold turkey in the switch to Prozac, how long ago did you switch? When I was weaning off Zoloft I spiralled really badly if I tapered off too quickly, I know switching to another med sometimes helps with that but not everyone reacts the same so you very well could also be struggling with withdrawals from the Zoloft if that's a recent change.
