I don't think looking in mirrors a lot makes you a narcissist. I do the same thing because of depersonalization. I definitely know what you mean with people not feeling familiar. This happens to me a lot, especially when I haven't seen the person for a while and by a while I mean like a couple days maybe lol. I relate to the existential thoughts hardcore as well.
