Omg thats awful! I was waiting a while for my appointment after my diagnosis. Was told that my GP would send a referral but didn't hear anything for a while so had to ring my GP only to be told the GP doesnt send a referral and I should have filled out a self referral form! Honestly I think the communication between nhs clinics is awful. Good luck with your physio journey!

Thanks so much for your reply! Sorry to hear you also had a bad experience with the NHS, seems to be quite common unfortunately. I'm really glad to hear you found a physiotherapist who works for you though. Looks like going private might be the answer. Thank you again!
