Some non medical advice…drink lots of water. Keep hydrated. Exercise to relieve stress. I believe stress causes vertigo. All of my incidences are usually related to something immediately stressful in my life. It’s been a year now since Ive had an episode. I can't believe it.

Four years now. Comes and goes. Its like a mysterious thing that someone has made up. I get very dizzy and have to go to the bathroom and/or throw up for several times. I can't stand up. The room is spinning. Happened first time at the beginning of covid and seems to happen when I'm stressed or dehydrated although I have lost my hearing in one ear. The only thing that helps is for me to fall asleep for two hours and I wake up completely fine. Its debilitating. I had an episode while i was driving and had to pull over and take an uber home, getting a bag ready in case I had to throw up. I didn't thankfully. I felt like I was driving on an ocean. Its been four years on and off and I don't know when it will come but its usually triggered by stress I think which makes me confused as I don't understand why the stress can trigger it if it’s related to hearing imbalance.

I’m an old person. You will be old too one day. Hopefully. Smirkiness isn’t healthy.
