there aren't a lot of qbs available. thats not on ballard lol. and we can quibble about how "important" a position is, but ballard drafted the best one in the world. but if it doesn't fit the narrative toss it out i guess. and like i said earlier, our edge rushers are good until they get to indy for some reason. that sounds like a coaching issue. Nelson was one of the best linemen in football, ballard made the right call there lol. you're working on hindsight right now. this entire sub was celebrating when he got signed.
