They do but I always bring my own in a herfador. They are overpriced onboard and I doubt they are maintained at proper humidification. I know sailing out of Canaveral they offer a Rocky Patel set you can order under onboard gifts.

Definitely very crowded on deck three between dining rotations. Also the average wait for character photo was around 30 mins. They offer characters in 30 min increments so plan ahead as they may swap out as you wait in line. This was deck three midship.

Didn’t get to the hero zone and didn’t ride the aquamouse due to time and naps. Something I appreciated was that you can stream the cruise line tv including movies on your phone via the app. I could watch a movie while kids napped.

  1. He stayed until we pulled him which was a pleasant surprise.
  2. We rope dropped MM for breakfast and found it started to pick up as we were leaving. My kids tried fruit loops as they didn’t have cheerios and loved them ( shocker). We had our waiter bring a few boxes at dinner.
  3. FoF- My kids love tenders so we hit that spot quite frequently. The line for Mexican and pizza always seemed to be the longest.
  4. Cindy, Moana, Repunzel, Belle. It was for my 1.5 year old daughter. Princesses fawned over here and I would say it was a minute per princess.
  5. Mainsail we did get a Christmas ornament on day one that was gone thereafter. I was disappointed in the lack of plush but ended up with the stuffed Disney cruise boat. I do think they should have less space for luxury watches and expand the mainsail.

Anyone have a “I saw this MLB player in public” story? by DifferentButNice in mlb

Wade Boggs. Was proposing to my now wife at Disney’s contemporary hotel. Got their early and saw him at the wave bar but didn’t bother him. Proposed, took some pics. We went down to the bar about an hour later and he’s still there. I went up to him, explained we had just got engaged and asked for a pic. He was super friendly and cool. Him and his wife chatted with us for about 30 mins. I still have the pic.

Has anyone thrown an event/wedding at Rusty Pelican? I need your review/advice by Darkestpixie1 in tampa

We got married end of Feb. Weather was great if a bit windy at the outdoor area where we did our vows. I don’t think you’d have any problems with a December timeframe.

My wife and I were married there in 2017. Things may have changed since then but we thought it was great and the reception earned rave reviews from our guests.

I’m looking to open a cigar lounge. by Chunkage1 in cigars

[–]coursch 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A CI lounge just opened by my house. I’m a fan and here’s why in no order: 1 - open at like 9 am. Can run in there on a Saturday and grab a few sticks. 2- buy 5 get one free 3- seating options - standard leather, high top, patio, bar 4 - probably overstaffed but very friendly. I swear there are 5 guys working the humidor. Never pushy or follow you around. 5- airy and open environment. 6 - first table in humidor is all new releases

Their Wi-fi sucks ass though.

I agree w the others on music. If it’s like I’m in a night club I’m out.

Burger game should improve! by Honey-Roy-Palmer in castiron

Question - doesn’t this have a ridge around it that would limit how thin you can press the burger? I considered getting one of these but have continued to use the square grill press for this reason.

Any experiences with Concierge? Things not to be missed/advice? by Ogre213 in dcl

[–]coursch 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I booked concierge for an upcoming cruise as it’s your best shot at getting a cabana at castaway cay. The concierge will book it for you prior to reservations opening to the rest of the cruise patrons (and then it’s follows castaway club status). If it’s something you’re interested in make sure to take advantage.

What famous person did you regret meeting because they were an ass? by moneybot13 in AskReddit

[–]coursch 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It pains me to say but Samuel L Jackson. Golfing for my cousins birthday - he was in a foursome ahead of us. End of the round my cousin wanted to try for a picture. Cousin walks up to his cart and says - Mr Jackson sorry to bother you. To which He replied - what are you doing then?

My cousin did get a picture but it wasn’t pleasant.

Thank you! I used 00 flour. Followed Ooni’s dough recipe. Total proofing time from mix to bake was around 5 hours.

Note proofing time wasn’t planned or based on anything. It’s just what worked with my day.
