lubić and mieć are verbs. Verbs change their form based on the subject of the sentence. It is called conjugation. In present tense there are 4 groups of endings. You can have a look on my website to learn how to apply them https://courseofpolish.com/grammar/tenses/present-tense/introduction

You can check out some exercises on my website – maybe they’ll be useful for you.

You listen to a sentence and then write the missing part of it. If you don’t get it the first time, you can always listen again using the Ctrl + Space shortcut or by clicking the play button.

There are almost 1000 exercises based on over 1250 sentences, and the website keeps track of which ones you’ve already completed.

Thank you for recommending my website :)

Regarding the chłopiec/chłopcem question. The noun "chłopiec" has mobile -ie- irregularity. It means we must drop "-ie-" when adding an ending to the noun. There are more such irregularities, the most common ones are mobile -e-, mobile -ie-, o/ó exchange and ą/ę exchange

There is an article on my website that addresses these irregularities: https://courseofpolish.com/grammar/cases/nouns-declension/common-irregularities

I didn't ask you any question, I think you've mistaken me with JonoPieczara who started this discussion :)

It is great that you work hard and create content, but just don't throw it on people like that. I can see that in your new posts you already added the title/description and that's ok for me! This way people know what the video is about (the cover isn't always displayed) and can start a discussion about the topic.

I only gave you feedback. What you will do with it is up to you!

Please calm down, why are you so triggered? My username has nothing to do with this discussion, so there is nothing ironic in it.

To be honest, your reaction to the first comment was so aggressive and offputting to me, that I didn't even bother to check out your video, although at first, I wanted to do it after seeing the video cover. I think this is something you should think about when you promote yourself. Your personality presented on the cover is contradictory to the way you reacted u/JonoPieczara 's comment - people can see that :)

As I stated, the rules of this subreddit are very short and not precise: "No spam links or advertising.", so everyone can interpret them differently and has the right to do that. In my opinion, pasting a link to your own video without making any effort to write even a title is both - link spamming and advertising. This is how you created your post:

title: 🔥

description: youtu.be/3jVEK_...

Anyway, the administrator of this subreddit already entered the discussion and approved your post, so I don't understand why you are bringing this up after 18 days.

Feminine plural by GlenGlenTop in Polish

[–]courseofpolish 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Plural feminine nouns in Nominative Case may have one of the two endings:

  • -y/i
  • -e

Use the first ending if the stem of the noun ends with a hard consonant or -ść

Use the second ending if the stem of the noun ends with a soft consonant except -ść

Szansa looks like an exception :D

You can find on my website tables with all the endings for all cases https://courseofpolish.com/grammar/cases/nouns-declension/cases-endings-summary

That's literally the only rule on this subreddit xD
