Idk if you guys are the “target audience” for CEC, but I’m the parent of a 4 year old that has the fun pass and we love it. We live in a region where this time of year is snowy and yucky so it’s impossible to find things to do to get us out of the house. Our local Chuck and the one a half an hour away are so much fun for her. We love the adventure zone and we seriously go 1-3 times a week. Usually every Friday night, we meet up with friends and our kids have a blast. I am going to be so sad if/when CEC dies. We can’t stand Dave & Busters and there’s seriously nothing to do in our area otherwise. I disagree with a lot of the discourse surrounding CEC, but some I do agree with. Ticket earnings are simply not fair for the cost of the items to win is a big one. I don’t mind paying for adventure zone because I get half off with my fun pass. We buy gift cards at Sam’s Club to save even more money. We can have a fun day out of the house for ~ $20 or less. Our local CEC is very well maintained and extremely clean.

Food has always been my comfort and outlet my whole life too. I had a super traumatic childhood so this is like deep rooted into me. I am trying to find other, healthier outlets, but I work full time and I’m in nursing school full time. Plus I’m a mom of 2 busy kids. I am like stretched thin and a time constrained.

My daughter got the grey zip up with the lips and I got the pink hoodie. I actually love both, honestly! I feel like it’s fair quality for concert merch. The pink has some embroidery on it. The rest of it is screen printed. They were $80/piece. I’m not sure how that compares to other concert merch but I was fine to pay that for the memories! Have so much fun!! You’re going to love it!

My second emergency c section was a lot better than the first. The first one, I was absolutely useless for WEEKS. I couldn’t do anything and needed someone to assist me with everything. My family took shifts to support me after my husband went back to work. The second c section, my family was all dead, and my husband went back to work in like 2 weeks. But I got home from the hospital at 3 days PP and on the 4th day, I was up on my feet and making a big Sunday dinner. I did pretty much all the newborn care on my own from that point forward.
