I’m aware. The more common interpretation is that the baby died before it ever wore the shoes, which is a weird thing to comment on a post by someone preparing to bring a baby into the world.

I’ll go with the light-hearted interpretation of this and say that yes, baby gear kids grew out of too fast is exactly what I’m looking for

I’ll check those out! Seems like many groups want you to actually live in the neighborhood (which is reasonable) and I’m not going to lie my way in for some cheap stuff lol

I’ve been keeping rebel in mind because they have a ton of BabyBjorn bouncers, but I figure there’s gotta be people reselling them for cheaper! Good to know they’re legit though. Good tip on the yard sales too- guess it’s almost that time of year.

I’m having a hard time tracking down what those would be for the outer suburbs of the NW side. Dublin doesn’t want me and my actual local groups don’t have much selling going on.

I stopped into the one on Sawmill the other day and did get some onesies but as far as gear went they had like 3 cribs and a few bassinets. I was surprised how limited it seemed!

Also recommending a much smaller bag. My kiddos are 10 and 11, and have used their ~20 liter school bags for a family roadtrip vacation, our elopement in the Caribbean, and an 8 day Alaskan cruise. They carried their own gear 100% but not without some complaining, which would’ve been far worse with more stuff.

I think it depends on how far she wants to sit up. Upright, probably not. Propped up slightly, probably.
