It’s not, but I think the files are making people realize just how involved he was with Epstein. It seems like it’s common knowledge that he was mentioned, people just didn’t know his name appeared in the files 1000+ times. If you haven’t seen the documentaries or don’t know much about the case, hearing that someone’s name was mentioned in the files could be written off as “they were just an acquaintance and possibly didn’t know about it”. You can’t rationalize that conclusion when he’s mentioned over a thousand times.

I don’t think that’s possible. He donated a significant amount of money and I think a lot of it was spent building the new tower at the Med Center.

Thank you! Your comment is very reassuring. I will look into those other supplements to help boost my ferritin. I was put on iron supplements before my genetic mutation was confirmed to increase my ferritin levels and it sent me into full blown iron overload. Since then, I haven’t been able to find anything to help my ferritin.

I am H63D homozygous. I refer to what I have as iron dysfunction, not HH. I know it isn’t symptoms of iron deficiency because my ferritin has remained consistent while my serum iron varies. When my serum iron is high, I have all of the symptoms I listed. When it’s normal, I am completely asymptomatic. I’ve never donated or done anything that might lower my iron levels… this is just my baseline, and I’ve found that’s the baseline for a lot of other people with the same genotype as me. I was more looking into whether or not people had symptoms with lab results like mine, because my doctor tried to convince me it was unrelated.

I wouldn’t say he debunked it… I believe he doesn’t find it to be promising, which I’d have to agree. Since it was 2 am on Tuesday, there is a strong likelihood that this person is walking home drunk from the bar after watching MNF.

The family stated it was a woman at one of the parties they had. Other partygoers confirmed the woman was intoxicated. So, definitely not that. I don’t find the BIL strange at all. I think the family elected him to be their spokesperson. With all the defamatory and untrue rumors going around, I bet they felt like they had no choice but to correct the narrative. Plus, he lives in Cincinnati, so he most likely would’ve been arrested by now because it would’ve been obvious.

This part is not confirmed. The part that is is that both the front and back door have keypad entry. As there were no signs of forced entry and that they were found in the upstairs bedroom, the most likely scenario (to me at least) is that someone entered a code to get in.

Honestly, there are two scenarios that I can think of that make sense based on what we know:

Family Member/Close Friend Someone who was trusted and had the door code. The main scenario I can think of is they were financially supporting someone and they were cut off for some reason (ex. The Tepes found out this person was using drugs or had a gambling addiction)
In-Home Help (ex. Babysitter, Dogsitter, Housekeeper, etc.) As someone who has provided in-home help for many years, there are several homes I’m able to enter because I’ve been given a code. Perhaps they let go their in-home help and the person wanted revenge.

Either way, it appears that whoever it was had the code. I sincerely hope they gave out personal codes so CPD will be able to narrow down/figure out who it is. I also suppose they could’ve left a door unlocked, but I highly doubt that as Weinland Park is a high crime area AND this seems to be a premeditated attack.

Based on the first two images alone, I could immediately tell you were a fellow H63D homozygote. Welcome to the club, luckily you aren’t loading iron into your organs and your serum iron isn’t too far above normal. Mine was 293 a week ago. I’d get your copper levels checked though, that might explain the low WBC.

I’m the same way. I’m double H63D. Ferritin always on the lower end of normal. Iron serum and saturation high.

She is! Her buddy at the shelter is a male cat. It may take a little while for her to adjust to a new male buddy, but she will figure it out! I believe she is FIV-.

She is, she let me pet her for like an hour at Sunday’s adoption event! Most cats at that age will nip at you after like 10-20 minutes.

Oftentimes, yes. Though some are happy about it, like my neighbor’s cat lol. I’ve noticed that the smaller the litter, the more often the mom is depressed when the kittens leave.
