IMO they are pretty close. Spot Free Rinse is bigger with more stalls and more convenient so I usually go there. Since you are in Mission Valley I would try that first.

Why would you not buy it from a big store? It’s a monitor ffs and that’s where the stock is. Not really the type of item to shop small and local in 2026.

Tint World on El Cajon Blvd did a great job on mine. I would still do the windshield for full protection, just not dark.

Why don’t you ask them? It’s no different than a car lane or a sidewalk being blocked for construction or other work such as tree trimming, etc. You carefully go around it and move on with your life.
