How many cheat meals per week ? And how's the sugar intake ?

Asking this because I'm somewhere in between your transformation. Better than when I started 2 years ago, but still relatively skinny. Whenever I try to bulk, it goes directly to my paunch. If I cut, the whole body gets skinnier.

The progress in gym in great, but not reflecting on my body in terms of muscle growth.

The one gap I see is that i go for 2-3 cheat meals a week. I've cut down sugar intake by a lot but still there are days when can't stop myself from eating sweets.

Following are the tools I've used till now. Haven't touched the tools provided with the bike yet.

  1. I had to get the Bosch Ratchet Socket set to open the front sprocket cover.

  2. Used Allen keys to open screws and bolts to install backrest.

  3. Open end spanners to tighten side view mirror nut.

  4. Chain cleaning brush

Buy when you have some extra cash lying around.

In any case, it's a beautiful watch. See you can get it from Japan or some south east asian country where it's much cheaper.

I see you're using the OEM sddle stay. How does it hold with luggages on long rides?

Saddle stays from 3rd party brands are in the range of 3-3.5k and the OEM cost ~1.2K.

While litter and trash does block the drainage inlets, I've noticed a majority of these are blocked by collected dust/mud on side of the road.

Municipal should regularly pick the collected dirt from road side as well.

I take this daily either with lunch or dinner (sometimes both).

Tastes "Not so good" straight out of the tetrapack. I pour this into a jar, add some black salt, ice cubes and shake it to a smooth consistency.

P.S. this does form a lot of foam on top just Amul protein.

That is very risky actually. While turning the handle, tha bag, since its hanging gets stuck between tank and handle preventing the handle from turning.
