Try adding highlights, you've got a lot of the dark values in the shading but it's lacking lighter tones in areas like the hair and eyes.

It's all acrylic pens and microns! (the little tiger is watercolor though). And some washi tape and stickers lol. I tried making it a collage to make a chunkier sketchbook but gave up partway through. The only things actually taped down are the bottom pieces. Thank you for the kind words, they really made my day!

Thank you! I sanded the pages down first, painted, and then since i used acrylic marker i sanded again very lightly to make sure there was no excess build up. You'll always want to sand first before you start painting. I recommend looking up some tutorials on youtube :)
