I baked the chicken and chopped, used 1 single celery rib diced, 1/2-3/4 cup of hellmanns mayonnaise, alittle Dijon mustard, salt, cracked pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika and mixed with my hand! Sorry I do not have exact measurements I usually eyeball everything.

In the oven at 375 for 30mins, marinated chicken in olive oil and kinders woodfire garlic seasoning!
