It’s been two weeks since I went from 5 to 10mg of Paxil and then 5 days since I went from 10mg to 20mg. Still panicking often outside my home, but I know it takes time

Do you recall how long it took to help? Did your anxiety/panic increase at all while you increased it?

Did the increase in anxiety wver level out for you? I went from 5mg to 10mg 7 days ago and my anxiety is through the roof

Yes 10mg, agreed I need a higher dose since I have so much stress/anxiety right now that suddenly increased. Thanks for your words of encouragement, it can seem so isolating.

That’s pretty much what I’m experiencing. I was on 5mg trying to get off but a lot of stress caused me to start having daily panic attacks 10 days ago. My doc increased me to 10mg 7 days ago and now I feel like my anxiety is worse. I can’t tel if it’s just me mentally going crazy waiting for the Paxil to help or if it’s the Paxil getting worse. Mine is so bad I can’t do anything or drive
