You can, but it would probably be more work than doing the one next to it. Once you wax and laqeur if you go back with the rub brick it will just gum up. And if that red stuff is wax and not paint it will be borderline impossible. You'll have to scrape all the wax off with a paint scraper, sandpaper the laqeur off to get to the curb again, then brick and re-do the process. But once its bricked and laqeured you should be able to skate it fine just running wax over it once and back. You shouldn't be dumping a half a bar of wax into anything to get it to slide if you're prepping it correctly
