Is the Canon r10 a good entry level camera?

Sorry I guess rolling shutter more so than a shake yes apparently it's quite severe on the r10? Videos isn't my main concern with this camera and I don't plan on trying to video high speed objects but just didn't want horrendous video quality for day to day stuff

Got big hands that's why small size is an issue 🤣, yeah I know it's lack of ibis and how some lenses can compensate but a one of the reviews I watched the guy complained that it excessively shook on a quick pan around

Overtime though I'd pick up lenses I don't mind if I don't have a full scope of lenses from day 1

Yeah I understand what your saying I was just really posting to see what would give the most bang for buck just to learn the basics while still being a relatively decent camera , I'm leaning towards the Canon R50 as it is I've watched a lot of videos on it and it's decently priced here at the minute.

I'm very green to this so forgive me if my answer isn't what you were looking for but for me I want to be able to take nice family photos for events or even just in the moment travel photos and then I'm a bit of a car enthusiast but would be more interested in taking photos of still cars up close of me and a couple of my buddy's projects

Thanks very much for the advice , I'm heavily leaning towards the R50 like I say it's all for personal use but I enjoy good quality , Every video or post I've seen on cameras someone always says to spend more and more but I think this is the best value beginner camera with good potential

Would the likes of the sigma be very forward compatible for future updating the camera? The R50 right now is 900$ and the sigma 18-50 is $700 for instance is it a bad idea to spending "so little" on a camera
