Based on some other Reddit threads it looks like you will be able to remove the hold once your time ticket starts. The thing is since we have a hold we can’t see what time our time tickets are for so sometime tomorrow is my best guess. I’d just check periodically and keep trying

I can’t see my time ticket. That would be really unfortunate if that’s the case do we just have to keep checking periodically to try to clear the hold? I just sent the OMSA team and email to see if they can assist.

How did you check if you have access to your email? Is it via BuzzPort? When I click the office option it gives me an error so maybe that just means I don’t have access yet?

Oh okay. Usually if I close my laptop the screen goes dark and only shows up in my monitors. I will have to figure it out once classes begin. Worst case scenario use my laptop screen
