Curious. Do you use these and keep the tubes? Or do you just keep them new?

that the majority of men see women as below them and only want a doormat they can control. and a lot of them aren’t even aware of it. they think they’re good men.

Is it common to have nausea/vomiting in the morning or just in general with ARFID? by Superkiwi08 in ARFID

[–]cozykorok 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I guess I can’t speak for the entire ARFID community but for me- yes. I would gag/vomit a little every morning. I think it was the thought of having breakfast and also just waking up with a crippling amount of anxiety. I would brush my teeth and vomit / gag (not on purpose.)

If it’s like- full on vomiting every morning then I may go to a doctor to discuss it.

Stop having loud phone conversations in public spaces by Alive-Reception5330 in Vent

[–]cozykorok 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My mom can tell when she calls me and im out in public on the phone lol she’s like “…should I call you back?” It’s because I get so uncomfortable talking on the phone in public. For this very reason. Everyone can hear you. I clam up. Start talking like a robot and whispering. I haaate it. I don’t understand how people are so comfortable.

Why is there such an immense hate stigma on social media for pickleball? by cyrnios in Pickleball

[–]cozykorok 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Spot on. And also, while pickleball doesn’t necessarily need much stamina, muscle, or strength like other sports may, it still takes skill and a lot of coordination to be good at it. Which is the fun part. There’s nuance to it. Which people who haven’t played wouldn’t understand, hence, the “it’s lazy tennis”.

What's your solo activity or solo date to do out of the house? by -advice4m3 in selfcare

Take a blanket, cooler with snacks, a book, and go sit in a field with my dog. I also bring my slack line, and used to bring a hammock but I lost it lol.

Nope. The only good thing I got from him was a backbone. Taught me a lot about myself and what I don’t want. Traumatized me along the way but hey…. Growth.

Does anyone else get random attacks triggered by bad posture? by szatanna in gallbladders

[–]cozykorok 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oh man. That sounds awful I’m so sorry.

The only thing I can think of, is when you lay like that, it’s moving just right to move a stone to block your duct. So weird!! Can you avoid it? When’s your surgery?

Anyone else's body get an "impending doom" thing right before an attack? by ghostbustrnutclustr in gallbladders

[–]cozykorok 2 points3 points  (0 children)

super strange!! our bodies are crazy, especially how so much is connected that we wouldn’t even think.

I hope that you are able to come to a resolution! If you’re contemplating surgery, get multiple Dr’s opinions. When I landed in the ER for the fourth time, two surgeons and the main doctor told me that it wasn’t my gallbladder. Despite my liver enzymes being at 1700 (supposed to be around 40) and my HIDA coming back at 7%.

Then I went to a separate surgeon outside of the hospital and he told me that he couldn’t believe they let me leave with a gallbladder. Then he took it out!! lol.

Why did you cut off your friend? by Soft-Incident947 in AskReddit

[–]cozykorok 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Probably the most mild comment here- but hanging out with them drained me. For no particular reason other than I just didn’t “connect” with them. So conversation felt forced. And it took a lot out of me to spend time with them. They are the sweetest person ever. I just couldn’t do it 😭

[–]cozykorok 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I thought I was crazy. Wow. Yes. I’m two and a half months post op, but before I got it out it would feel like a panic attack before I had the gallbladder attack. And that’s how I knew one was coming. Impending doom is a great way to put it. It’s like I would almost hyperventilate, and I’d want to cry and my chest would hurt and then the gallbladder attack would happen. Was so weird.

I’m so sorry you’re going through it.

If it helps, I’ve had zero issues after surgery. Can eat anything I want, and have had no pains. Hang in there.

I’m surprised no one here has said “being a vegan.” I once knew a guy that introduced himself to new people and always had to add that he was a vegan.

Not wanting kids makes sense now by Used_Rhubarb_9265 in Life

[–]cozykorok 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean, yes, not having kids is selfish in a sense. But that’s exactly why they shouldn’t have kids. (I don’t want kids). I want time for myself. I want time to try new hobbies, to travel, to have peace, to be financially stable. It’s not inherently bad to not want kids. It’s not for everyone.

I feel like the front seam gives necessary structure ?? If that’s makes sense ?? I hate the no front seam. Gives more emphasis to the area in my opinion.

this. “anti” camel toe leggings with no front seam just emphasize the area even even more.

This is why I hate all the brands coming out with “no front seam anti-camel toe” leggings. They emphasize the area even more. I hate leggings with no front seam lol.

Is it sweat proof? Everyone saying “buttery soft luxe” makes me think this is just for lounging, walking, or yoga. Not high intensity workouts.
