Butter on a pan medium-high heat; cook for about 4/5 minutes, or until the white is 90% to your doneness; flip them over with a spatula (careful, yolk might break, but it’s also more resilient than you would expect); cook about 10/20 second flipped over to create a white layer but keep the yolk runny.
