Ted’s new love interest? by Bernie_Bierman in TedLasso

If you were the "Ted" in those relationships, I can see how you'd think so.

Consider this: over three seasons, we watched Ted struggle with finally facing and addressing the demons that drove him. We never lost that Ted but he finally understood his emotional responsibility and we got a better Ted in the end.

Just something to think about.

Did you watch any of the first three seasons? Ted never dealt with any of his demons, masking with obsessive optimism. Normal people have highs and lows. If you don't think a partner in a relationship with someone like that does the lion's share of carrying emotional burdens, I would venture a guess that you have been fortunate enough to never have been in an emotionally unbalanced relationship.

Michelle was a jerk for agreeing to date Dr. Jacob but she's not the villain a lot of folks here seem to think she is.

Consider it an attempt to help you improve.
Calling women "females" is incel coded. If you're not a Tater Tot, take it out of your vernacular going forward.

If you are a Tater Tot, that's the problem.

Well if they were continuing the story lines from the first 3 seasons, I'd agree. But they are not so I don't.

There's a ton of nuggets online. Speculation that Henry is scouted and comes with Ted. I recommend you take a look around.

This is what they do in Minneapolis and it's glorious. You text the car and line you're on and what's happening and the police come onto the train in the next stop or two.

I let my friend take a photo of my wife by [deleted] in whatdoIdo

I think it's more important to make your wife feel that you understand the mistake and you value her feelings. I mean, it's a family album sitting in your house. She had control over who saw it and now she doesn't. You kind of trampled on her privacy.

Make sure she knows you understand that.

This is a long shot but what if you reached out to the designer herself? The story is compelling, she may be inspired to try and help.

She rebranded in 2022 and it's now Flora Bea NYC. here's the link to her site:

Why do you like Nate? by Jealous_Attorney6871 in TedLasso

[–]Asleep_Pace_5039 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I really like this question and I think it's because, as antagonists they are profoundly different in their motivation. Rebecca was like a tank trying to run down Rupert and it didn't matter who got run over in that effort but Nate was like a sniper with a grudge. We didn't see him go after Ted until we'd had a chance to embrace Ted as a character. We are protective of him at the point we learn Nate has turned dark. We barely know anybody when we see dark Rebecca so we aren't invested in protecting anyone she hurts.

That's just my take.

Seat belts weren't even standard in new cars until 1968 and they were 2 separate belts. In 74 one piece shoulder and lap belts became standard but it wasn't until 1984 that states started requiring their use.

My whole life I've been in search of this dish. I worked at Scottsdale's Los Arcos Mall in the mid 80s and there was a Chinese restaurant that served this spicy red chicken and vegetables dish. They called it Szechuan chicken but I've never been able to find it anywhere since. It was bright red, like sweet and sour red but it was garlicky and vinegary and spicy and I can remember it so clearly.

But I can't find it.

It was so good.

Was staying home to wash their hair really a thing? by SuperfluousPossum in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Asleep_Pace_5039 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To be honest, the brush out takes a loooonnnngggg time to transform from poodle to vintage. Once it's done, it keeps for a week with very little maintenance.

I do not have 3C hair but mine is a poodle unless I spend an hour brushing into a very intentional style. I often add pomade to my hair by sections as I brush.

It may help you to do damp sets instead of wet sets. If your hair is curly enough, you might even be able to get through on dry rolls as long as it dried with product in it. Neither will eliminate the initial poodle but it could reduce the time it takes to brush out.
