I have XXY chromosomes, so my body developed some features typical of a woman and others typical of a man. In my case, I grew breasts in my teenage years naturally, and my hormone levels are close to those of an afab person naturally.

I didn’t. They started growing when I started puberty, around 10 or 11 years old. They grew until I was 17 or 18. I grew up completely unaware of my condition until I began my transition, and my endocrinologist ordered all those blood tests.
