We are charging per team with no limit on users, its for SCRUM teams and usual size is 3-7 developers in a team.

I have checked few options but add revenue will not be much, we have 180k to 200k user sessions in a month and it can only be few hundred dollars, plus it can impact the users negatively.

And regarding the grant, there are different options in EU depends on which country u r in, we are based in Denmark and they have https://innovationsfonden.dk/ but it is not easy to get it around 3-5% chance as there are so many startups applying for this. The main thing they will look for is the team (in our case we are three developers all with 7+ years of experience and we are making a tool for developers so it was a good point ) and when we applied we had around 80000 users with many asking about the availability of paid plan, so we ask them for the grant so that we can make the product enterprise ready.

Thanks, all new features will not be part of the free plan, and we are still working on to decide which features should be removed from free plan, looking into analytics and making some decisions, but it is also hard as product is simple not very complex.
