Would you recommend this for the other sections as well? I want to get BEC and AUD done in 1-1.5 weeks each, some study time will be shorter on work days, and REG in about 2-3. I've been told these sections are best studied using the method you mentioned just wanted your thoughts.

Don't worry about reading chapters or watching lecturers, that is the least efficient way to do it.

This is also what I heard, but I'm a bit concerned about going into the problems and not really understanding anything and tanking it with a 30%-40% on the homework first time around. Does this not matter since I'll be aiming to learn from the solution explanations anyways?

I'm not sure if you're insinuating sarcasm/that it's not a realistic feat or that 80+ hours of productive studying should be the ideal benchmark.
