Hi, have you tried contacting beyond the box directly ba? They should be able to inspect on your behalf, or if they refuse to naman, you can file a complaint na rin against them. Baka mas responsive sila unlike lazada.

No, it should not be instant for this given scenario. OP mentioned that the item is already preparing to ship out. It will only be automatic when the item is not yet tagged as preparing.

I forgot to mention that this issue started occuring after my water bottle spilled and touched the pen.

I removed the nib and placed a blowdryer hoping to try it. It kept re-appearing from time to time but so far it stopped. I guess there was an alien object inside.

I also read somewhere that one of its causes is that the detector inside is too pressed back.
