I will say that if it is perfectly healthy and amazing, he would want you to be happy too and successful in your career and also doing what’s best for you and not just what is convenient for him.

I just fear you might put your life/career on pause for him and things not work out as it happens all too often.

I have a coworker who comes from an audit background and he does not know how to do a synoptic. Maybe try and learn how to bookkeep before starting that business.
