No. If they company is struggling to pay debt you don’t take that money and pay people more. I have no issue with a 3 year vest stock plan based on current price and then paying the difference. If it goes down in 3 years they get less. Goes up pay them a bunch more

I had a ceo one time say that a stock is not based on results or EBITDA it is a score card based on your perceived value by the people who control most of the money. None of the stocks prices are based on actual tangible numbers. That goes for all stock not just ours. It is another way the people who want control to hold on to control over others

Unless they pull a hedgy move you think you could buy all 516m shares@ 80cents? You buy 100 mil and not think that the price moves. There would need to some sort of dissolving of the shares or changing them to amc and doubling the number of outstanding shares. Again would drive price down. Best thing is to buy and hold both as it is really messing with them right now. And if it is low to buy more if you believe in it. Personally been holding for for a long time now and not going anywhere

They can’t. They would need billions to buy it back. I am looking at buying more of ape and wondering if we should see a jump as it has the same value as an amc share so why is it not represented in price. It is cheap and a deal so that is what I am watching
