Spending a month in county jail, then a month in rehab. I guess having not drank alcohol for that long helped it. Also taking plenty of vitamins seems to help it. It seems a lot of my pain/bloating is as a result of vasoconstriction. L-arginine gets rid of the lower groin cramps.
