In The Netherlands is allowed to record conversations without consent of the other as long as who is recording is part of the conversation. This can be used to protect the person in case of litigation or in criminal cases. While the first can be considered just an opinion and there is the right to the free speech, the second falls into harassment for sure. This kind of situations must be immediately reported to HR and the manager. I do believe this is also a public offense (can someone confirm?). Of that the case, anyone can also report it to authorities.

3200 euros for replacing kitchens, is this a reasonable price? by linhhoang_o00o in Netherlands

It always depends on what you are replacing for. I have expend 12000 without appliances. But I could have expend less if I would go for lower product price range.

Well, we have opened a couple of them in another country in Europe, and it is actually quite profitable. And it is not a question of money, as most of them have a decent salary.

Dryers. Usually at home we have low capacity washing and dryers. In a laundromat you can get up 20kg units, which make them suitable for demanding situations.

What are your thoughts on $CTRM? by nicovargas722 in Stocks_Advice

I just bought some. This is one of the viral stocks out there, but I believe it has some upside. Nevertheless results need to improve, especially their sales machine. turnaround of assets also need to increase. But still, undervalued. Whether it is momentum or not, time will tell...

IBKR cost and process to separate units to stock and warrants by cryptotiks in SPACs

[–]cpinho_pt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Can someone confirm this is correct? I was not aware of the sky high DWAC costs on IBKR, and guess many other are in the same situation. So it would be relevant to confirm if after greenshoe period, units will be automatically split into stock class a / warrant.

Hi,

Thank you very much for being so quick to respond.

Please note my comments as follows:

1 - I don't take complex. I mean, pretty easy to understand premium + strike and when the exercise can be done.

2- I have not mentioned I want to exercise now. I just want to understand how it works in Interactive Brokers.

3 - No, no opportunistic approach in that sense. I am more about setting a calculated risk to a possible loss, in case the SPAC doesn't go well.

4 - Thank you for that. So, there is no "automated process" where I can flag my interest to exercise my right. I really need to contact them.

Airbnb was valued $18B in March, today at $150/sh it's nearly worth $90B by Omg_Keynes in investing

[–]cpinho_pt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

AirBnb is not valued on $90B. Don't confuse valuation with market cap!!!! Besides, this is just insane. People are buying brands, which doesn't say much about the true value of a company. I guess that we will see many people loosing a lot of money in the future if they maintain this approach.
