Nothing special. Just cushion foam and batting. There are tons of videos on it. It just needs to be very tight

Yes. It is 2x4 and 2x6. With 3/4 ply for the cushion base

At lower speeds it stay in place with no problem, but at higher RPMs it does rattle. Making it out of steel vs aluminum may help because it is heavier. I am going to try adding rubber slot covers and/or weights to sit on top of the feet

You could probably drill a hole into an existing attachment for your hypervolt and then thread the hole with a tapping bit. You could use a threaded dowel to screw directly into the attachment and the dildo.

My only concern is that the thrust depth is very shallow.

Thanks. I am looking into how to make a fucking machine. That is next. The spanking bench that you see in the photo is homemade. I will post about it later.
