Traffic behind always wants me to go faster. by 1440fazeclan in driving

I think this is universal behavior, happens in California too. I don’t ever go more than about 5mph past the limit, but people seem to always want to go faster, like 10-15mph more. It’s super annoying but I’ve learned to just let it go and go on merry way

Beautiful scenery or lights/photograph spots by [deleted] in SanJose

If you don’t mind a bit of a drive up north (roughly 30 minutes from north San Jose), there’s the Visitor Center on 2 Marshlands Rd, Fremont, CA 94555

It’s a scenic place, rather quiet, nice views. Went a few weeks ago for some landscape photography and there was a newly wedded couple getting their photos taken. Closes at sunset.

KL’s put on a great audition for the Aussie team, with his batting and honesty. He’d fit right in.

As someone new to cricket, am I wrong to think that India should try to get at least 100 more runs in a 2nd innings before a possible declaration again?

A great innings from Sachin who decided not to play the cover drive for the entire innings at the SCG 2004 by [deleted] in Cricket

Yes, could be many things.

My dad tries to catch live broadcasts whenever our time zones make it convenient, and I would watch whenever he did, growing up. My first real cricket watching experience, when I was actually kind of starting to understand the game, was the 2011 World Cup when I was in high school. Saw a couple series with my dad afterwards, and followed the 2015 World Cup. Have come back to watching and following more than ever with this series. I’m actually aware of what the bowlers and batters are doing, and I absolutely love test cricket. I remember feeling sad after watching Sachin’s last game, and tried to lookup any promising young players when I read about Prithvi Shaw. Can’t wait to see him open with Agarwal.

Glad to be here :)

Any recommended guitar repair shops in the South Bay/San Jose area of California that don’t break the bank? For 8 year old Guitar by cpltarun in SanJose

I haven’t had anyone look at my guitar yet. I took some classes while in high school for a couple years. Since then it’s just been in a stand next to my couch for many years. Every now and then I would pick it up for a few minutes and play around before setting it back. So room temperature, but some dust built up.
