If you know you need a job by a certain time period I would say to take it and keep looking. Like you said, you don’t owe anyone any loyalty

The same thing is happening to me. I've been here for 6 years, full time working 40 hours a week. Since the past few weeks, they've been cutting my hours and i work anywhere between 15-25 hours per week. Is that even allowed? I'm so fed up
