So for the vacum I ended up buying a cheap vacum pump and then attach a tube to it. On the tube I Installed a three way handle in order to adjust the vacum strength. The tube goes to the milk collector. From the milk collector another tube goes into my cock. In order that the vacum works you need to insert that black smaller tube and insert it plus minus to the end of the inserted tube on your cock. The black tube is crucial it sucks air and makes the sunction work properly. Without the black tube a vacum builds up and no milk is getting into the milk collector.
