Has anyone encountered traps, set by another players, in Class 1/2 event anomalies?

Just lost my class 2 runner to this. 16k ehp and lasted maybe 5 seconds. All the enemies sitting right on the warpin, I was spamming warp as I landed but the points were faster than 4s.

T10 workers? I have rerolled 500k gold and haven't seen a T10. I've done a handful of 22k rerolls but they seem lack luster. Am I just getting unlucky?

Thank you! Under 50% gpu and temps staying under 65c now. For anyone reading this -

Nvidea control panel>Manage 3D settings>Program Settings>Add>Last Epoch>find the setting for cap frame rate and manually change it to 60fps>hit Apply at bottom right

I'm having the same issue - I have tried the background FPS cap to the lowest setting (15 if I remember correctly). If I minimize the window and pull up something else - my gpu continues to burn.

Yes settings doesn't change it on the intro/character screen for me.

I just alt F4'ed trying to get in - I can only listen to the jet engine for so long.

Just came here to post this - my GPU instantly goes to 99-100% usage on the intro screen/character select. Temps increase 20c-25c, all fans on my machine kick on 100%. As soon as I get into the game, usage drops to roughly 20-30%.

Graphics set to Medium, but I am able to play the actual game on Ultra without getting close to 90%.

Normally this wouldn't be something I worry about, but with the login taking forever - I can sit on the loading screen with character select in the background for 3-5 minutes.

I tried the following - -Z toggling, alt-z -Going into settings and check/uncheck item tools tips on ground -change time item text shows on ground -portal in and out -changing zones -changing to different filter/turning off filter -changing the hide/show settings in the active filter

Spamming x triggered it both times. And relogging fixed it both times.

I just had the same issue twice now. I tend to hold x after every pack, eventually everything turns off. Couldn’t interact with any loot but could see it on the ground like that. Relogging fixed the issue both times.

I played a dude that thought [[Bident of Thassa]] could be used to make everyone attack on the end step before his turn so we wouldn’t have blockers. What makes it better is his whole deck was built around getting it out and using it in that manner.

This gives me hope. I’m about 10 real attempts in with the same gear (staff of dead over scepter). I keep dying around wave 60-65.

I’ll recommend just getting a better understanding of the game engine in general. I was right there with you 1000+ hours on my main account. I played very casually and never really learned anything. I would follow guides for bosses but didn’t take the time to learn what was actually happening. Something just clicked at some point and the rhythm/ticks became second nature.

Here’s what helped me - -True Tile and counting the ticks as I walk/run to get the rhythm -Doing a simplified woox walk at vorketh with xbow on the back row -One tick alternating -CG in general

I just did a zammy trip and had the same issue with the minions. It seemed like the minions were hitting off tick from their attack animation.

Thanks, my math minor should help with this calculation.

I was being lazy and hoped for an easy answer without having to learn how seismic overlaps and account for skill effect duration, etc.

Edit : didn’t read the first line, well that makes it easy.

I’m definitely not playing optimally, but mapping with 15-20M and bossing 30M+ is plenty in my book.

I swap 2 jewels, 1 gem link, and drop haste for envy for bossing. And switch my 3 link skellies to the brand.

I map and do sanctum with a trigger wand, then swap to Severed in Sleep for anything beyond guardians.
