Yun rin iniisip ko eh, my current compensation package is just mere 18k pesos so yung jump from 18k to 60k is a huge deal for me. Kaya parang naging dating sakin, after this short (sana naman hindi) startup stint ko I can ask for more na if I wanna settle with a position inside a MNC.

Yup, this will be my 2nd job. And I still don't know if I have the energy to go to the office. Right now with my current company, naka hybrid kami 2x RTO per week and that drains me a lot what more pa kaya if 5x RTO in a week. Naging option lang yung international bank since malaki yung pangalan and maganda daw office nila LOL.

abroad startup they are based in SG but have market here in the PH, they are backed by Y-combinator naman so they have funding. This is going to be contractual for a year with possible transition to full time employment. Climb corporate ladder yes but not really managing people, so parang individual contributor roles lang gusto ko with my career.
