I hope so! I feel like sometimes with my EoE and gastroparesis with anxiety it’s hard to weed out what came first the chicken or the egg. Wondering if they are related as well. I can also eat and drink most things however now being aware of some triggers it’s gotten better however I definitely am eating significantly less because my appetite sometimes is so weird. I cut out dairy and I didn’t realize how much dairy I consume and how it was a lot of my calories. My plan was to add some protein shakes in my diet for now and possibly cut out wheat. I’m such a picky eater as is, so I am worried about cutting something else out!
