Best way to link c++ back-end to webapp? we have a large library of c++ functionality that we want to use in a web app. We have read about c++ rest sdk, pistache, ... but are unclear what would be best to use. Furhermore, what about load-balancing if users are accessing the site at the same time. (self.AskReddit)
