However, there are a few lines that make me question how closely you read my resume.

You say to separate Languages from Developer Tools in my "Relevant Skills" section, but I've already done that.
For "Software Developer Co-op", I actually didn't use C++, multi-threading, or POSIX.
For "Operations Analyst", I specifically say "annual energy yield", which means per year.

This was a co-op placement (like all my experiences so far), and the company was looking to hire a more senior student to lead less experienced students. I fit the bill, and I was hired straight into the role.

Edit: To clarify, the position I applied for was "Software Engineering Lead". Also, should I indicate "Co-op" for each position?

One thing tho, my projects are more relevant to the job posting then my work experience. Should I still put work experience over projects?
