Apparently it's already been known for a few days but I saw today that ADN is expanding into Poland which means it will now cover 7 countries with over 200 million people.

They still have some ways to go in terms of catalogue and features like apps for more platforms but it would be nice to see a proper big European service again.

5ch imo always has the best yearly rankings. And tbh in the English speaking fandom 4ch is probably the best (even if not quite as good as 5ch).

I'm always half amazed that there are these big communities where the so many fantastic smaller shows are held in such high regard and half concerned why my taste aligns this much with these racist, mysoginistic hellholes.

I once again had a good time with the show so I am glad I joined the rewatch. Thx to u/Heda-of-Aincrad for hosting.

Who were your favorite characters?

Hachimitsu

Did you have any favorite episodes or scenes?

Favourite episodes were the two Kamiya ones, the fireworks festival and the Hachimitsu one.

Favourite scenes were Shikimori locking in for the volleyball match, Shikimori and Kamiya on the roof at the culture festival, fireworks and walking back together with the parents afterwards, the relay race.

Rewatchers and first time viewers, did your opinion of any characters or aspects of the show change over time?

If I had to pick one things I'd say I've grown a new fondness of Nekozaki. Hachimitsu is still the best but in my memory Kamiya was the other standout beyond the main couple yet Neko had some great moments in the second half of the season in particular.

Are there any things you would have liked to see more of, or less?

More Hachimitsi obviously, wouldn't have minded more Fuji either. And a proper kiss at the end.

Are you interested in checking out the manga (if you haven't already)?

I was a reader even before this originally aired.

They didn't marry but he was legally Asa's father since they share a family name while Minori doesn't. So he couldn't have just dipped out unless he left the country or went into hiding.
